What's New

Channels: Viber

Viber channel integration is now available.

Entity Context Viewer available on the Flow Diagram

This release introduces a new feature, the Entity Context Viewer to the Flow Diagram, which provides you with the following benefits:

  • Have an overview of the entities and fields used throughout the working flow.

  • Easily identify the flow steps where specific entity fields are used.

  • Streamline flow steps configuration when you need to use specific entities /entity fields by copying their label to further use them in messages, set variable, input mapping or integrations.

Druid Chatbot Portal Tour

This release introduces the Product Tour that introduces users into the Druid Chatbot Portal.

For a Druid Portal walkthrough, click the Product Tour icon, then click Start.

Improvements

  • Multichat: Get the list of waiting clients from a specific queue by using the internal action GetWaitingHelpdeskClients and specifying the queue code. For more information, see Internal Actions.

Bug fixes

  • The "MLGet word cloud problem" issue was fixed.
